Project Specification Forms

To enable us to generate a full system analysis of your application (which is totally free and without obligation), you will need to supply us with some information. At the least, this will need to be a completed Special Instructions Document (click here to download). Our task will be easier if you include a Use-Flow Diagram (download) and/or a Data Source Document (download).

You can download all three blank documents in a .zip file here, but remember that you will need a program to extract the documents from the zip archive (see www.winzip.com if you do not have one).

Once you have completed the document(s), please attach them to an email and send to sales@edm-i.net.

We will happily accept any other form of application specification. You do not have to use our forms. We are happy to receive tentative enquiries as well as fully formed system analyses, project plans etc.
